Rumson March 2023 Home Values and Sales
Inventory remains extremely low in Rumson. Despite that the high end of the market is obviously moving in the right direction with the average sales price at $2.646 Million. Based on what I see under contract right now and the fact the average list price is $2.8 I don’t expect a retreat anytime soon. At present there are 21 properties with contracts and 17 active listings nothing less than $1.15 million.
