Middletown is one of Monmouth County’s Biggest Townships. Closings in March were toward the lower end of the market at $550K when the average list price was $1.035 Million. The areas that had the most for closings in March were Port Monmouth, New Monmouth, Fairview and River Plaza. Despite the low inventory I expect that will see a flurry of closings as of this writing there are 123 properties that are Active Under Contract/Pending.
