Oceanport is hot! Just check out my quotes in the Asbury Park Press. The average sales price continues to rise. I used to day that Oceanport trails Little Silver in pricing by 2 years; meaning that a like kind and quality home in Oceanport will sell for the same prices as a like kind and quality home sold for 2 years ago in Little Silver. That trend is eroding fast and I am seeing the Oceanport market steps towards price parity with Little Silver. I expect that average sales price to continue to soar especially considering Netflix and all the positive things happening at Fort Monmouth.
